About the Role
As a Production Manager, you will feel right at home in your "field" office, always on the go. This role is designed for those who love landscaping and spending time outside marveling at nature's beauty. There is no monotony here; you will be checking in on your crews and meeting with clients to ensure we are exceeding their expectations.
You will lead multiple crew associates focusing on maintenance operations and manage all landscape enhancement services. Your day involves coordinating materials, people, equipment, and subcontractors to produce quality work. You will monitor work habits, coach employees to achieve high productivity standards, and ensure safety compliance. From inspecting properties to create action plans to reviewing production hours and allocating labor, you will be the driving force behind operational success.
This role requires you to partner with the Sales team to ensure speed, simplicity, and confidence for all clients, and to collaborate with the Mechanics Team to ensure timely repairs. You will also engage in the interview and selection process for new crew members, coach direct reports for future growth, and make informed decisions about horticultural best practices.
