About the Role
As a Production Manager, you will feel right at home in your "field" office, always on the go. Your primary mission is to lead multiple crew associates focusing on maintenance operations and manage all landscape enhancement services. You will coordinate materials, people, equipment, and subcontractors to produce quality work while ensuring safety compliance and high productivity standards.
Your day involves inspecting properties to create specific action plans, monitoring production hours, and allocating labor across an assigned geographic location. You will partner with the Sales team to communicate client needs effectively and collaborate with the Mechanics Team to ensure timely equipment repairs. Beyond operations, you will take ownership of on-site training, skill development, and mentoring direct reports to prepare them for future growth. You will also visit sites regularly and attend meetings with customers to ensure the quality of work matches the scope of the project.
