As an Investment Strategist (Associate) within the SAE team, you will be a key partner to VP- and Director-level strategists, supporting the delivery and scaling of our systematic active equity platform across the Americas. This role is designed for a professional who thrives at the intersection of investment strategy, data science, and client service.
In this position, you will act as a bridge between the investment team and key partners across BlackRock, including compliance, legal, operations, marketing, and sales. Your day-to-day involves developing reporting materials, providing high-quality client service, and partnering with senior strategists to drive business growth. You will also contribute to programming initiatives that enhance efficiency, building Python-based tools and dashboards to automate workflows and strengthen insight generation. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of capital markets.
