Within the Risk, Assurance, Governance & Control Job Family, the team provides oversight of operational risks, validates financial and regulatory reports, and reinforces regulatory requirements and policies.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleSupport firmwide budgeting, forecasting, controls and strategic transformation initiatives
- check_circleMap and document current-state budgeting and management reporting workflows to identify gaps
- check_circleBuild and enhance repeatable reporting assets including Excel models, dashboards and PowerPoint packs
- check_circlePartner with stakeholders across FP&A, Controllers and Risk to improve data quality and ownership
- check_circleEmbed controls-by-design into new processes to reduce operational risk and support regulatory requirements
- check_circleStandardize definitions, templates and driver logic while coordinating testing and rollout communications
- check_circleExecute transformation governance by tracking milestones, risks and preparing status updates for leadership
Requirements
- verified2+ years of experience in finance, analytics, risk, consulting, or related field
- verifiedBachelor's degree in finance, economics, statistics, computer science, information technology, or related field
- verifiedExperience with SQL, Java, Python, R, or Scala
- verifiedGood understanding of Project Lifecycle (PLC) and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- verifiedExperience utilizing AI for process improvements or workflow automation
- verifiedExperience with technology-enabled forecasting and data visualization tools (e.g., IBM Planning & Analytics, Essbase, Hyperion, Power BI, Tableau)
