About the Role

As an Operational Risk Analyst, you will be the guardian of our financial integrity. Your mission is to identify, assess, and mitigate risks arising from internal processes, systems, and external fraud events to prevent financial loss, reputational damage, and regulatory breaches. You will serve as a critical link in our operational framework, monitoring key risk indicators and analyzing internal reports to strengthen our internal controls.

In this role, you will conduct deep-dive trade reviews to identify suspicious patterns indicating fraud, theft, or money laundering. You will evaluate risks associated with both newly onboarded and existing clients and financial advisors, performing necessary KYC checks to ensure compliance. Beyond analysis, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate financial transactions, embed a risk-aware culture across the organization, and provide training on best practices. You will also act as an end user to test enhancements to our processes, ensuring they are robust and effective.
