As a Senior Business Application Analyst within the Enterprise Enabling Functions, you will serve as a subject matter expert leading specialized business application management activities. This role is designed to bridge the gap between complex business needs and technical execution, ensuring that application changes are seamlessly integrated into business-as-usual processes.
You will act as the senior lead for your functional area, guiding requirements gathering through the entire application lifecycle. Your day-to-day involves developing and leading the business application strategy roadmap, making critical decisions on vendor choices and application functionality, and ensuring all changes align with the broader organizational strategy. You will coordinate with key leaders to prioritize the portfolio of new programs and oversee the budget management for your area.
A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to risk and audit management, ensuring adherence to strict regulatory requirements under Privacy, Legal, Compliance, and the Office of the Chief Data Officer. You will be the escalation point for application and operational issues, working closely with technology partners to establish strong partnerships and ensure all business and data governance requirements are met. This role requires you to balance independent decision-making with collaborative leadership, mentoring others while driving continuous improvements to maximize operational efficiencies.

Experience with developing, using, maintaining and executing SQL, Python, other programming language scripts and Server administration. Experience with Business application management/ Level 1 support for Financial Crimes Compliance applications, e.g. Oracle, NetReveal, Quantifind, RDC GRID, Fircosoft. Experience using JIRA, ServiceNow, and other enterprise software capabilities to track and manage execution of tasks. Experience developing test scripts and executing or overseeing QA and UAT testing of changes to system/application code. Experience with Microsoft Excel for data validation, reconciliation, and reporting, with familiarity with VBA to maintain or modify existing macros.
