About the Role

As a Lead Analyst, Credit Strategy, you will drive significant business results by leading key projects and contributing to the innovation, creation, and launch of value-adding products. You will uniquely leverage the internal and external data resources OneMain has access to across various parts of the Auto analytics functions, including credit risk, pricing, valuations, and dealer/channel analytics.

In this role, you will combine business knowledge and analytical skills to develop strategies designed to manage risk, drive growth, and increase profitability. You will create best-in-class frameworks based on supporting analyses and research, including customer segmentation, competitive analysis, underwriting models, and historical performance. You will also draw strategic insights from data using advanced analytics tools.

Working with various partners, you will be responsible for strategy implementation, technology roadmap development, competitive intelligence, and performance monitoring. You will represent the company, engaging with key business stakeholders, suppliers, external partners, and investors. A successful candidate will utilize versatile skills to lead initiatives across multiple disciplines, bringing new ways of thinking, data sources, technologies, and capabilities to our business.
