This position serves as a strategic partner to Executive stakeholders, bridging the gap between complex data and actionable business solutions. You will work both independently and collaboratively to manage analytical tasks from end-to-end, driving the evolution of lending product strategies and customer engagement initiatives.
Your day will involve identifying emerging trends through rigorous data analysis, developing predictive models such as clustering and decision trees, and translating these findings into clear recommendations for the full account lifecycle. You will design experiments, manage project timelines, and build scalable analytics using industry-leading tools to uncover customer behavior patterns. A key part of your mission is to foster deep, productive relationships with leaders across Marketing, Finance, and Risk, ensuring that data-driven insights directly influence high-level lending strategies and portfolio performance.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Management of Technology, Management Information Systems, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related field, along with at least one year of experience in Risk Strategic Analytics, Strategic Analytics, or a related occupation.
