About the Role

As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will act as the strategic connective tissue between Marketing, School Operations, and other key cross-functional teams. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, your mission is to deeply understand customer targets, craft compelling positioning and messaging, and create omni-channel campaigns to drive enrollment and improve retention.

In this role, you will support Stride's portfolio of programs, which are central to the company's strategic growth. You will have significant opportunities to innovate and make a tangible impact on the organization by planning, executing, and supporting marketing campaigns. Your day-to-day involves partnering with internal and external teams to develop communications for multiple channels, influencing roadmaps, and measuring the effectiveness of initiatives through rigorous and agile testing. You will serve as a credible subject matter expert, fostering strong relationships to ensure thorough and timely stakeholder communications.
