Product Engineering Senior Manager

About the Role

Accenture LLP is seeking a Product Engineering Senior Manager to lead engineering initiatives in Brooklyn, NY. This role focuses on optimizing IT and operational projects by analyzing workflows, designing resource allocation strategies, and implementing methods to improve the utilization of personnel, materials, and technology. The Senior Manager will collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and operational objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational and regulatory standards while maintaining high quality and security protocols throughout the project lifecycle.

In this position, you will drive efficiency and cost reduction across complex projects. Your day-to-day involves monitoring project progress, managing risks, and implementing corrective actions to meet deadlines. You will also assess client and end-user feedback to refine processes and adapt engineering solutions to evolving operational needs. A key aspect of the role includes participating in workforce planning, evaluating technical competencies, and supporting structured interview processes to build high-performing teams.

Location and Travel

This position is based in Brooklyn, NY. Candidates must possess the willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
