These positions support the Air Dominance division within Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS). The team works on existing and emerging aircraft programs, focusing on the modernization and development of aircraft tracking systems. This includes managing aircraft utilization, developing recommended inspection and maintenance intervals, and performing overall fleet risk and health posture assessments.
We are seeking Associate or Experienced Fatigue Tracking Engineers to join our team in the St. Louis region. You will play a key role in defining the product environment by integrating and documenting structural and system design requirements alongside engineering teams. Your work will involve developing, executing, and analyzing test plans to validate that systems and components meet specifications and certification standards.
In this role, you will support in-service products by investigating failures, performing root cause analysis, and recommending improvements. You will also contribute to software architecture, algorithms, and interfaces, ensuring functionality and performance using current and emerging technologies. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to interact with early career engineers to provide training and mentorship on ASIP tasks.

Knowledge of Aircraft Structural Integrity Program and program requirements. 5+ years performing structural and/or fatigue and fracture analysis. 3+ years performing computer programming with Fortran, Java, SQL, HTML, Python, C++, or F#. Experience with structural analysis software common with industry standards. Ability to provide training/mentoring to early career engineers. Strong oral and written communications skills.
