Boeing St. Louis is building the future by creating innovative solutions that will define the next generation of aerospace. As part of the Air Dominance division in Boeing Defense Space and Security (BDS), this team supports existing and emerging aircraft programs. The focus is on the modernization and development of aircraft tracking systems, encompassing aircraft utilization, the development of recommended inspection and maintenance intervals, and overall fleet risk and health posture assessments.
We are seeking Associate or Experienced Fatigue Tracking Engineers to join our St. Louis region team. These positions are located in Berkeley, Hazelwood, St. Louis, or St. Charles, Missouri, or Mascoutah, Illinois. In this role, you will integrate and document structural and system design requirements while coordinating with engineering teams to define the product environment. You will develop, execute, and analyze test plans to validate that systems and components meet specifications and certification standards.
Your work will directly support in-service products by investigating failures, performing root cause analysis, and recommending improvements. You will also design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using current and emerging technologies. This includes contributing to software architecture, algorithms, interfaces, and design patterns to enhance system implementation. Additionally, you will troubleshoot software issues, document problems, and assist in developing user training and support materials. A key aspect of the role involves interacting with early career engineers to provide training and mentorship on ASIP tasks.

Experience with structural analysis software common with industry standards. Ability to provide training/mentoring to early career engineers. Strong oral and written communications skills.
