About the Role

As a Senior SAP ABAP Developer, you will drive positive, lasting change that moves missions and the government forward. You will be responsible for complex business and system analysis, design, coding, and testing for current and proposed enterprise application environments. This role exists to translate business area customer information into detailed enterprise application designs, ensuring that our solutions effectively support the critical needs of federal agencies.

You will work closely with SAP Functional Consultants and client team members to perform analysis of alternatives and provide strategic recommendations. Your work will involve preparing programming specifications, diagrams, and coding logic flowcharts for enterprise application modifications and installations. In this capacity, you will also manage a team, including mentoring and training junior members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
