Our team focuses on building Enterprise System Applications for manufacturing satellites. As part of the Supply Chain technology organization, you will lead the Transportation Management capability, supporting Procure-to-Pay, Transportation, and Global Trade systems. Your work will play a key role in ensuring that SAP applications effectively support Leo's mission to build satellites.
As the SAP Transportation Management People Manager, you will manage the SAP TM system engineering to ensure service and support are timely and accurate on a daily basis. You will provide strategic and functional oversight for SAP TM solutions, translating business needs from Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, and Finance stakeholders into robust TM solutions.
In this role, you will own the SAP TM capability, driving strategic direction, demand intake, and backlog management. You will lead the team in defining critical metrics, overseeing end-to-end solution design, and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and compliance requirements. Your day-to-day involves reviewing solution designs, managing vendor execution, mentoring analysts, and ensuring high-quality documentation. You will also lead production support, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize business processes.
