About the Role
We are looking for a Producer to join our team in New England. In this role, you will produce new business and assist in ongoing service to clients, acting as the primary contact for problems, significant coverage concerns, and collections. You will be empowered to learn, grow, and truly make an impact by developing and perpetuating a loyal customer base within your assigned trading communities.
Your day will involve identifying and qualifying new prospects, preparing accurate applications, and presenting proposals to close sales. You will collaborate closely with Account Managers to design and maintain appropriate insurance programs for existing accounts, ensuring timely and efficient processing of business. By keeping informed of industry changes and trends, you will anticipate and respond to profit objectives, demonstrating a deep understanding of both the business and earnings implications of the company.
