The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Broker in Dallas, TX, to join our team with an in-office work schedule. This role exists to effectively assess risk, design tailored casualty insurance programs, and negotiate competitive coverage on behalf of clients. You will excel at interpreting complex business operations, advising clients on policy structures and risk management strategies, and maintaining long-term relationships through proactive service and seamless policy renewals.

The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of analytical skills, market expertise, and client-focused communication. You will demonstrate deep knowledge of key casualty lines, with a specific focus on natural resources and energy, while possessing the versatility to work across all industries.
