About the Role

ReSource Pro is seeking a knowledgeable Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager to join our growing service delivery team. As the main point of contact and technical expert for a client book of business, you will serve as the bridge between our dedicated onshore and offshore teams and our insureds. Your mission is to build strong customer relationships, ensure policies are properly insured, and drive revenue growth through strategic market placement and retention efforts.

In this role, you will not only manage your book of business but also train junior team members on customer interactions, leveraging your subject matter expertise to consult with clients and advise colleagues. This is a fully remote position based in the United States. Candidates must reside within the U.S., specifically in the Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zones, to accommodate client needs.
