We are seeking Product Analysts and Senior Product Analysts to support the full lifecycle of our insurance products, from concept through implementation and ongoing enhancement. These roles serve as the bridge between technical requirements, regulatory compliance, and business strategy.
As a Product Analyst, you will support product research, competitive analysis, and regulatory management. You will assist in managing product documentation, reviewing rating rules, and preparing filings for state insurance departments. This role is ideal for someone with a background in Commercial or Personal Lines who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to develop their expertise in insurance product development.
The Senior Product Analyst acts as a subject matter expert, leading product research and driving financial impact assessments. You will partner cross-functionally to manage the full product lifecycle, oversee complex compliance documentation, and lead initiatives for rate revisions and profitability analysis. This role requires a deep understanding of insurance statutes and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Candidates will be evaluated based on their skills and experience, with one position staffed at the Product Analyst level and another at the Senior Product Analyst level. The interview process typically includes a review of qualifications, followed by discussions focused on technical knowledge, regulatory experience, and cultural fit within our cross-functional teams.
