This position serves as the architect of a repeatable, efficient framework for innovation within the Global Technology & Operations (GTO) organization. The role bridges the critical gap between creative ideation and operational implementation, overseeing the end-to-end system that transforms ideas into tangible business value.
While core processes and an initial list of experiments are already established, the organization is now scaling up. The primary mission is to design and automate the Innovation Portfolio Process to ensure speed, better orchestration, and accurate tracking of value. This involves evolving the system from a manual operation to a scalable engine that efficiently moves high-potential ideas from concept to reality.
You will operationalize a lightweight but scalable framework that enables consistent intake, evaluation, governance, and leadership visibility across all innovation experiments. Your work will involve designing new artifacts, such as Impact vs. Feasibility matrices, and refining existing tools like intake forms and process diagrams to streamline pipeline management.
A significant portion of the role focuses on optimization and automation. You will identify opportunities to reduce manual effort using P&G-approved tools, create workflow automations, and develop communication plans to deploy these improvements across the GTO audience. Additionally, you will define and track key portfolio metrics, preparing PowerBI dashboards and status updates for leadership.
Beyond internal processes, you will establish an External Signals Library to capture and track emerging technology trends from the market, providing visibility and recommendations to the GTO Innovation Steering Committee. You will also drive capability building by creating a 70-20-10 training plan focused on AI and innovation for the GTO team.
