About the Role

The Engineer 2 sits within the Engineering Technical Track and serves as a key technical resource for plant operations. This role is designed to support the smooth operation of assigned plant areas or systems through troubleshooting, process optimization, and the execution of capital and non-capital projects. The position focuses on enhancing output and improving energy efficiency while minimizing costs and downtime.

In this role, you will take on broader technical ownership across multiple unit operations, developing independent process improvements and collaborating cross-functionally with engineers, operations, and technical teams. By integrating engineering expertise with data-driven decision-making, you will drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with safety and quality standards.
