This position serves as a dedicated partner to high-net-worth individuals, medical professionals, and emerging affluent clients, managing relationships with investable assets of $1 million or more. The role is designed to provide high-touch banking, financial planning, credit, and comprehensive financial solutions tailored to the unique needs of these sophisticated clientele.
As a trusted advisor, you will act as a holistic partner, simplifying complex financial structures and offering solid solutions to help clients achieve their long-term goals. The position requires balancing the management of an existing portfolio (typically 75–125 relationships) with active prospecting to cultivate new opportunities. Depending on the market, the role involves a strategic mix of servicing current clients, developing internal and external referral networks, and representing the bank at community civic and service club events.
The day-to-day life of this role is dynamic and client-centric. You will coordinate complex transactions, manage credit relationships, and serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries ranging from account openings to loan processing. Success in this role demands an entrepreneurial spirit, requiring you to independently identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities while maintaining strict confidentiality and adherence to FINRA and federal regulations. You will work closely with trust, investment, and lending teams to ensure optimal client service, often traveling to meet clients at home or attending evening and weekend events to accommodate their schedules.

Five years of retail banking experience. Additional experience in sales or marketing, trust department products, and consumer lending products. Previous Private Banking experience. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Banking. Series 7 registered representative and Series 63 brokerage licenses. Experience dealing with public accounting and law firms. Basic experience handling trusts, investments, tax insurance, real estate management, estate planning, and financial planning. Credit training.
