Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide excellent client service by educating clients on bank offerings
- check_circleEnsure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness in client materials
- check_circleAlign practices with bank policies to support operational excellence and risk management
- check_circleFollow up on all client and Financial Advisor requests promptly
- check_circleCommunicate client outputs and solutions to Financial Advisors
- check_circleSupport day-to-day team activities and cover roles during absences
- check_circleIdentify and maintain client relationships by promoting banking integration
Requirements
- verifiedFINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) license
- verifiedSeries 7 license
- verifiedSeries 66 license (or Series 63/65)
