As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), your journey begins with obtaining your Securities Industry licenses. You will receive dedicated, personalized classes for the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 Exams. Once licensed, you will master foundational skills needed to be an advisor, from acquiring and managing client relationships to guiding clients through their complex financial pictures with humanized interactions.
Upon reaching key milestones, you will begin working in a financial center to deliver Bank of America's core banking, investment solutions, and client care approach. The Academy will equip you with everything needed as you move through the stages of development.
Success as a Stage I Advisor typically leads to progression into the Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II role. In this next stage, you will continue to practice your skills by growing and deepening relationships within a portfolio of clients. As a successful Stage II Advisor, you will have opportunities to advance in many roles within Bank of America and Merrill, supported by dedicated programs, tools, and resources throughout your career journey.
