As a Transition Support Partner (TSP) in Business Transitions, you will serve as the subject matter expert on LPL's core technology, operational processes, and best practices. Your primary mission is to ensure a seamless transition for advisors and firms moving from their prior broker-dealer to LPL.
You will be the go-to person for advisors throughout this journey, acting as a strong collaborator who delivers exceptional client experiences. In this fast-paced, team-oriented environment, you will devise strategies to effectively transition books of business, provide tailored training on LPL technology, and navigate complex issues with critical thinking. You will thrive by embracing creativity, continuous improvement, and contributing to a culture where we win together and create joy in our work.
