About the Role
This position serves as a pivotal leadership role within our manufacturing operations, dedicated to driving efficiency, quality, and safety across the production floor. The primary objective is to lead a team of converting operators, ensuring that production goals are met while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will act as a bridge between frontline operations and management, translating performance trends into actionable strategies that minimize downtime and maximize output.
In this role, you will not only monitor processes and troubleshoot equipment issues but also actively seek out opportunities to refine established manufacturing practices. Your day-to-day involves collaborating with maintenance teams, production scheduling, and other departments to ensure timely prioritization of orders. Beyond technical oversight, a significant portion of your focus will be on mentorship—training and coaching team members to uphold ProAmpac's core values and operational standards.
