About the Role
This is a 3rd Shift position focused on leading a team within a production environment. The role is designed to ensure operational efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of safety and food quality. As a supervisor, you will be the driving force behind team performance, scheduling, and professional development.
Day in the Life
Your day will involve leading, coaching, and training your team to optimize performance and foster a culture of positive leadership. You will be responsible for ensuring proper scheduling to keep the production area running smoothly while constantly promoting safety throughout the work area. A key part of your mission is ensuring compliance with company policies and established food safety programs, including OSHA guidelines, GMPs, and HACCP.
Work Environment
This role takes place in a dynamic production setting that may include exposure to noise (>85 decibels), CO2, moving production lines, damp and cold environments, and live or raw animal odors. While the position requires occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs, the company provides all required Personal Protection Equipment to ensure your safety.
