About the Role
This is a 3rd Shift Supervisor position within a family-oriented company. The role is designed to lead, coach, and train a team while ensuring the production area runs efficiently and safely. You will be responsible for optimizing employee engagement through positive leadership and motivating the team to achieve peak performance.
Safety and Compliance
Safety is of the utmost importance in this role. You will constantly promote safety throughout the work area and with your team, ensuring strict compliance with company policies and established food safety programs. The environment involves exposure to noise, CO2, moving production lines, damp and cold conditions, and live or raw animal odors.

Requirements
- verified2+ year leadership and/or supervisory experience
- verifiedBachelor degree in Poultry Science, Animal Science, Business Management, or related field preferred
- verifiedProficient technology, computer, mathematical and analytical skills
- verifiedGeneral knowledge of plant operations, food safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, GMPs and HACCP
