This is a 3rd Shift position focused on leading a team within a production environment. The role exists to ensure operational efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of safety and food quality. You will be responsible for motivating and training your team to optimize performance, ensuring proper scheduling to keep the production area running smoothly, and fostering a culture of positive leadership and employee engagement.
This position involves working in a dynamic facility environment. You will be exposed to noise levels exceeding 85 decibels, CO2, and moving production lines. The workspace includes damp, wet, and cold conditions, and you may work around live and/or raw animal odors. While the role requires occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs, the primary focus is on leadership, coaching, and maintaining compliance with company policies and established food safety programs.
