This is a 3rd Shift position focused on leading a team within a fast-paced production environment. The role exists to ensure operational efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of safety and food quality. As a supervisor, you will be the driving force behind team performance, responsible for scheduling, coaching, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Your day will involve actively leading, coaching, and training your team to optimize performance and achieve production goals. You will promote safety constantly throughout the work area, ensuring compliance with company policies and established food safety programs. A significant part of your role is motivating the team through positive leadership to drive engagement and productivity. You will also manage scheduling to ensure the production area runs smoothly and handle all other relevant duties associated with supervisory responsibilities.
This position requires working in a dynamic environment that includes exposure to noise, CO2, and moving production lines. You will work in damp, wet, and cold conditions, often around live and/or raw animal odors. While the role involves occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs, the primary focus is on leadership and operational oversight.
