About the Role
This is a 3rd Shift Supervisor position within a family-oriented company. The role focuses on leading, coaching, and training a team to optimize performance while maintaining the highest standards of safety and food safety compliance. As a leader, you will be responsible for proper scheduling to ensure the production area runs smoothly and for fostering an environment of positive leadership and employee engagement.
Work Environment
The position involves working in a dynamic production setting. Team members will be exposed to noise levels exceeding 85 decibels, CO2, and moving production lines. The environment can be damp, wet, and cold, and may include exposure to live and/or raw animal odors. While the role requires occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs, all required personal protection equipment is provided to ensure safety.
