About the Role
This is a 2nd Shift position focused on leading and coaching a team within a family-oriented company. The role exists to ensure the production area runs smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of safety and food safety compliance. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for optimizing employee engagement through positive leadership, motivating the team to achieve peak performance, and managing schedules to meet production goals.
