This position serves as a key talent advisor and strategic leader within our organization. You will act as a labor market analyst, candidate career coach, hiring strategy consultant, and process change agent. The role is designed for an experienced professional who can navigate the complexities of the cleared and technical talent markets to support our corporate and federal segments.
In this capacity, you will lead large, complex recruiting initiatives involving cross-functional teams. You will partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to deeply understand organizational needs, develop comprehensive hiring plans, and execute advanced sourcing strategies. A significant portion of your day will involve building high-quality pipelines for passive and active candidates, specifically targeting technical and executive IT roles. You will also serve as a mentor and trainer, disseminating best practices and coaching the recruitment team to elevate our collective expertise.
