As a key talent advisor at Maximus, you will serve as a strategic partner to client organizations, acting as a labor market analyst, candidate career coach, and hiring strategy consultant. This role is designed to drive complex recruiting initiatives that are of strategic importance to the organization, requiring you to lead large cross-functional teams and manage significant reporting and communication demands.
You will work deeply with hiring managers and leadership to understand position requirements, develop accurate candidate profiles, and establish comprehensive hiring plans. Your focus will be on executing advanced staffing and sourcing strategies to build high-quality pipelines of both passive and active talent. This includes supporting corporate needs as well as specific market segments in federal civilian, health, and defense sectors.
In this capacity, you will also act as a process change agent, assisting in the evaluation and implementation of new sourcing tools and procedures. You will lead training efforts to disseminate best practices across the recruitment team, ensuring the organization leverages its full potential in the cleared and technical talent markets.
