As a key talent advisor at Maximus, you will serve as a strategic partner to client organizations, acting as a labor market analyst, candidate career coach, and hiring strategy consultant. This role is designed to drive consultative leadership and act as a process change agent within the organization.
You will lead large, complex recruiting initiatives of strategic importance, managing cross-functional teams and handling significant reporting and communication demands. The position requires a deep understanding of cleared and technical talent markets, specifically within the federal civilian, health, and defense sectors. You will be responsible for developing advanced staffing and sourcing strategies to build high-quality pipelines of both passive and active talent for technical and executive IT roles.
In this capacity, you will also serve as a resident talent acquisition expert, leading training efforts and disseminating best practices to the recruitment team. You will manage a team of sourcing recruiters overseeing special projects, including aging funded requisitions, high-priority roles, and quick-turnaround proposal efforts.
