About the Role
Jabil is seeking a highly experienced, customer-facing Principal Program Manager to lead global Data Center Infrastructure & Rack Integration projects. Based onsite in Austin, TX, this senior position is responsible for the end-to-end development, delivery, and lifecycle management of highly customized rack solutions and Modular Data Centers (MDCs) for hyperscale and enterprise customers.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in managing multi-million-dollar programs, coordinating global teams, and delivering scalable infrastructure solutions. As a key leader, you will serve as the primary liaison for global cloud customers, anticipating and exceeding expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively. Your day-to-day involves orchestrating complex cross-functional teams across Production Operations, Procurement, Logistics, and Customer Care to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
This role exists to drive operational excellence in program execution, risk management, and efficiency across global integration centers. You will be responsible for program planning and scheduling, managing the timing and resources required to deliver key milestones while navigating complex interdependencies. Success in this position requires a deep understanding of MDC architecture, rack-level integration, and hyperscale cloud infrastructure, ensuring that technical and business requirements are met with precision.

Requirements
