About the Role
Jabil is seeking a highly experienced, customer-facing Principal Program Manager to lead global Data Center Infrastructure and Rack Integration projects. Based onsite in Austin, TX, this senior position is responsible for the end-to-end development, delivery, and lifecycle management of highly customized rack solutions and Modular Data Centers (MDCs) for hyperscale and enterprise customers.
The Principal Program Manager serves as the primary liaison for global cloud customers, leading cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver tailored infrastructure solutions. This role exists to ensure the seamless execution of multi-million-dollar programs, managing complex contingencies and resolving critical issues to drive operational excellence. You will anticipate, meet, and exceed customer expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively, making customer satisfaction a top priority.
In this capacity, you will coordinate with engineering, supply chain, procurement, logistics, and multiple global integrator facilities. Your day-to-day involves driving continuous improvement in program execution, risk management, and operational efficiency across global integration centers. You will lead diverse teams across Production Operations, Procurement, Logistics, and Customer Care to fulfill infrastructure needs with timely execution and post-sales support, ensuring alignment with both technical and business requirements.

Requirements
