About the Role
Jabil is seeking a highly experienced, customer-facing Principal Program Manager to lead global Data Center Infrastructure and Rack Integration projects. Based onsite in Austin, TX, this senior position is responsible for the end-to-end development, delivery, and lifecycle management of highly customized rack solutions and Modular Data Centers (MDCs) for hyperscale and enterprise customers.
As a key leader within the Program Management organization, you will run large, complex programs that require sophisticated contingency planning and issue resolution. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in managing multi-million-dollar programs, coordinating global teams, and delivering scalable infrastructure solutions that anticipate, meet, and exceed customer expectations.
Day in the Life
In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison for global cloud customers, leading cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver tailored infrastructure solutions. Your day will involve managing the design, planning, assembly, configuration, testing, and global delivery of both Modular Data Center solutions and integrated rack configurations.
You will collaborate closely with engineering, supply chain, procurement, logistics, and multiple global integrator facilities to ensure seamless execution. This includes driving continuous improvement in program execution, risk management, and operational efficiency across global integration centers. You will be responsible for program planning and scheduling, determining the timing and resources required to deliver upon key milestones while navigating complex interdependencies.
