Jabil is seeking a highly experienced and customer-facing Principal Program Manager to lead global Data Center Infrastructure & Rack Integration projects. Based onsite in Austin, TX, this senior position is responsible for the end-to-end development, delivery, and lifecycle management of highly customized rack solutions and Modular Data Centers (MDCs) for hyperscale and enterprise customers.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in managing multi-million-dollar programs, coordinating global teams, and delivering scalable infrastructure solutions. As a key leader, you will serve as the primary liaison for global cloud customers, anticipating and exceeding expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively. This role exists to ensure seamless execution of complex infrastructure needs, driving continuous improvement in program execution, risk management, and operational efficiency across global integration centers.
In this role, you will manage the design, planning, assembly, configuration, testing, and global delivery of both Modular Data Center solutions and integrated rack solutions. You will collaborate with engineering, supply chain, procurement, logistics, and multiple global integrator facilities to ensure alignment with technical and business requirements.
Your day will involve leading diverse teams across Production Operations, Procurement, Logistics, and Customer Care to fulfill infrastructure needs with timely execution and post-sales support. You will coordinate the design, build, and test of various rack configurations, ensuring quality, scalability, and performance standards are met while managing program planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for key milestones.
