Jabil is seeking a highly experienced, customer-facing Principal Program Manager to lead global Data Center Infrastructure and Rack Integration projects. Based onsite in Austin, TX, this senior position is responsible for the end-to-end development, delivery, and lifecycle management of highly customized rack solutions and Modular Data Centers (MDCs) for hyperscale and enterprise customers.
As a key leader within the Program Management organization, you will run large, complex programs requiring robust contingency planning and issue resolution. You will serve as the primary liaison for global cloud customers, coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver tailored infrastructure solutions. Your focus will be on anticipating and exceeding customer expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively, ensuring that customer satisfaction remains the top priority.
In this role, you will manage the design, planning, assembly, configuration, testing, and global delivery of both Modular Data Center solutions and integrated rack configurations. You will collaborate closely with engineering, supply chain, procurement, logistics, and multiple global integrator facilities to ensure seamless execution. Your work involves leading diverse teams across Production Operations, Procurement, Logistics, and Customer Care to fulfill infrastructure needs with timely execution and post-sales support.
You will drive continuous improvement in program execution, risk management, and operational efficiency across global integration centers. This includes overseeing program planning and scheduling, determining the timing and resources required to deliver key milestones, and managing the implications of key interdependencies to ensure quality, scalability, and performance standards are met.
Candidates for this role must possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred) and 12-15+ years of experience in program management within rack integration, modular data centers, or cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer-facing roles managing large-scale, global programs and a deep understanding of MDC architecture and hyperscale cloud infrastructure.
