About the Role
Jabil is seeking a highly experienced, customer-facing Principal Program Manager to lead global Data Center Infrastructure and Rack Integration projects. Based onsite in Austin, TX, this senior position is responsible for the end-to-end development, delivery, and lifecycle management of highly customized rack solutions and Modular Data Centers (MDCs) for hyperscale and enterprise customers.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in managing multi-million-dollar programs, coordinating global teams, and delivering scalable infrastructure solutions. As a key leader, you will serve as the primary liaison for global cloud customers, anticipating and exceeding expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively. Your day-to-day will involve driving continuous improvement in program execution, risk management, and operational efficiency across global integration centers, ensuring seamless collaboration between engineering, supply chain, procurement, logistics, and multiple global integrator facilities.

Requirements
