About the Role
Jabil is seeking a highly experienced Principal Program Manager to lead global Data Center Infrastructure & Rack Integration projects based onsite in Austin, TX. This senior position is responsible for the end-to-end development, delivery, and lifecycle management of highly customized rack solutions and Modular Data Centers (MDCs) for hyperscale and enterprise customers.
As the primary liaison for global cloud customers, you will serve as the face of the program, coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver tailored infrastructure solutions. The role demands deep expertise in managing multi-million-dollar programs, where you will drive contingency planning, resolve complex issues, and ensure that customer satisfaction remains the top priority. You will anticipate needs and solve problems quickly, bridging the gap between technical requirements and business goals across multiple geographies.
The Day-to-Day
Your work will span the entire lifecycle of modular data center solutions and integrated rack configurations. You will manage the design, planning, assembly, configuration, testing, and global delivery of these critical assets. This involves collaborating closely with engineering, supply chain, procurement, logistics, and multiple global integrator facilities to ensure seamless execution.
You will lead diverse teams across Production Operations, Customer Care, and other functional areas to fulfill infrastructure needs with timely execution and robust post-sales support. A key part of your operational excellence involves driving continuous improvement in program execution and risk management. You will be responsible for detailed program planning and scheduling, determining the timing and resources required to deliver key milestones while navigating complex interdependencies.

Requirements
