About the Role
Jabil is seeking a highly experienced, customer-facing Principal Program Manager to lead global Data Center Infrastructure and Rack Integration projects. Based onsite in Austin, TX, this senior position is responsible for the end-to-end development, delivery, and lifecycle management of highly customized rack solutions and Modular Data Centers (MDCs) for hyperscale and enterprise customers.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in managing multi-million-dollar programs, coordinating global teams, and delivering scalable infrastructure solutions. As a key leader, you will serve as the primary liaison for global cloud customers, anticipating needs and solving problems quickly to ensure customer satisfaction. This role involves driving continuous improvement in program execution, risk management, and operational efficiency across global integration centers, ensuring seamless execution from design and planning through to global delivery and post-sales support.

Requirements
