About the Role
Jabil is seeking a highly experienced Principal Program Manager to lead global Data Center Infrastructure & Rack Integration projects based onsite in Austin, TX. This senior position is responsible for the end-to-end development, delivery, and lifecycle management of highly customized rack solutions and Modular Data Centers (MDCs) for hyperscale and enterprise customers.
As the primary liaison for global cloud customers, you will serve as the face of the program, coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver tailored infrastructure solutions. Your day-to-day involves anticipating and resolving complex issues to ensure customer satisfaction while managing multi-million-dollar programs. You will drive the design, planning, assembly, configuration, testing, and global delivery of integrated rack solutions, ensuring alignment with both technical and business requirements.
This role requires deep expertise in managing large-scale, matrixed programs across multiple geographies. You will collaborate with engineering, supply chain, procurement, logistics, and global integrator facilities to ensure seamless execution. A key part of your mission is to drive operational excellence by continuously improving program execution, risk management, and efficiency across global integration centers.
