We are the Microsoft Advertising team, dedicated to empowering SMB advertisers to achieve more. Our mission is to bring together product, data, and automation to help customers navigate setup, onboarding, troubleshooting, and ongoing account growth with greater confidence and less effort. We strive to build a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive, grounded in our values of respect, integrity, and accountability.
As a Principal Product Manager, you will lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for SMB onboarding and support experiences. This role exists to transform how advertisers get started, resolve issues, and achieve value throughout their lifecycle. You will drive the creation of customer-facing product experiences that reduce friction, improve activation and retention, and deliver intelligent assistance through streamlined workflows.
In this position, you will partner with Engineering, Data Science, UX, Product Marketing, Sales, and Support teams to deliver high-impact solutions. Your day-to-day involves navigating high ambiguity to make clear prioritization decisions, translating deep customer pain points into scalable capabilities, and shaping the broader ecosystem of customer assistance across Microsoft Advertising. You will ensure that every interaction is useful, compliant, and trustworthy, ultimately helping customers succeed through clear guidance and data-driven insights.
