The Director, Go-To-Market (GTM) Product Engineering is a leadership position within UKG's Digital group, reporting to the Vice President of GTM Product Experience. This role is pivotal in transforming the enterprise systems landscape by leveraging cutting-edge technologies to accelerate value delivery and improve efficiencies.
You will lead by example, reinforcing company values and inspiring confidence within the management team. A strong emphasis is placed on strategic thinking, technical expertise, and collaborative problem-solving with stakeholders and product teams. You will manage cross-geography teams to deliver a world-class GTM product experience, fostering strong partnerships across Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Services.
A key focus of this role is innovation through the integration of AI-driven solutions to modernize GTM systems and support scalable growth. You will partner with AI, data, and platform teams to design responsible, secure, and scalable AI integrations that automate seller workflows, surface real-time insights, and reduce manual effort across quoting, ordering, and deal execution. Your day-to-day will involve overseeing program execution from product definition through release and ongoing support, ensuring deep expertise in SaaS enterprise application delivery while driving measurable business outcomes.
