About the Role

This position serves as the strategic leader for the construction of data centers delivered by colocation providers. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Acting as the primary point of contact between Oracle and external vendors, you will oversee the selection, negotiation, and management of contracts while ensuring all construction activities align with approved design plans.

Your day-to-day involves providing executive oversight during the startup and commissioning phases of major projects, conducting strategic site walks to monitor schedule adherence, and leading the evaluation of risk profiles. You will drive organizational-wide initiatives to identify and mitigate critical gaps in risk management, serving as an escalation point for complex issues. Additionally, you will collaborate with design teams to resolve high-stakes installation challenges regarding power, cooling, networking, and structured cabling systems, ensuring all work meets industry standards.
