We are seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our team full-time at CenterWell Primary Care. This role is ideal for a compassionate, experienced clinician who thrives in a collaborative, patient-centered environment and is committed to improving outcomes for adult and geriatric populations.
In this position, you will deliver comprehensive outpatient care within a team-based model focused on whole-person care—physical, emotional, and social. You will enjoy a lower daily patient volume to foster deeper relationships and deliver more personalized care. The role involves exercising independent clinical judgment while working closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and contributing to strategic initiatives and innovations in care delivery.

Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and digital documentation. Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving clinical environments. Experience supervising Advanced Practice Providers (NPs/PAs).
