About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and driven Physician to join our Geriatrics team in Grand Rapids, MI. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health of our community while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
You will deliver high-quality care in a collaborative, patient-centered setting, seeing patients across a variety of settings including home-based, facility-based, and outpatient clinics. Your day will involve providing direct patient care to a complex population, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and engaging in quality improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in teaching and mentoring residents, medical students, and fellows.
