About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and driven Physician to join our Geriatrics team in Grand Rapids, MI. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health of our community while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
In this role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across a variety of settings, including home-based, facility-based, and outpatient clinic locations. You will collaborate closely with skilled physicians, advanced practice providers, and dedicated support staff to ensure comprehensive care for a complex patient population. The position also offers the chance to engage in teaching and mentoring residents, medical students, and fellows, fostering the next generation of geriatric specialists.
