Trinity Health PACE is dedicated to providing high-quality care to seniors in the communities we serve. Guided by core values of reverence, commitment, safety, justice, stewardship, and integrity, our interdisciplinary teams offer comprehensive services that allow seniors to remain independent at home.
We are seeking a part-time Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine physician to provide primary care at two distinct locations in the greater Philadelphia area: Mercy LIFE Assisi House in Aston and Mercy LIFE Valley View in Elwyn.
At Mercy LIFE Assisi House, a 125-bed multi-level care facility and the retirement convent for the Sisters of St. Francis of Philadelphia, you will foster a sense of family through a person-centered care approach. This location includes a specialized Alzheimer's and Dementia unit.
At Mercy LIFE Valley View, you will serve a unique community specifically comprised of deaf seniors. This role requires a willingness to learn American Sign Language to effectively communicate with and care for this population.
In this position, you will function in a collegial relationship with other healthcare professionals, making independent decisions regarding medical needs and health regimens under the supervision of the medical director. You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to assess participants, develop plans of care, and evaluate their effectiveness. The schedule consists of two 8-hour days at Assisi House and one 4-hour day at Valley View, with flexible weekday scheduling. Notably, no night, weekend, on-call, or holiday coverage is required for this role.
Apply today to join our supportive, patient-centered environment.
